Elizabeth has been through so much in her life.But she is still hanging in there. She never let her health prevent her from living her life. I hope everything will be ok and she will be back home soon. She sure is Michaels Wendy. She has been here for him throughout everything he had to endure. He had a wonderful friend in her. I just watched Michael sing Elizabeth that song and I got to thinking….
He never wrote a song for any other woman in his life where he wore his heart on his sleeve like that and came out and said their name in the song. Yes we have Dirty Diana but he was angry so it dont count. But here he was shouting to the world “Elizabeth I Love You”, you saved my live, I wanna be just like you.
Imagine MICHAEL JACKSON…doing that for you! Wow!

I agree. To me she didn’t try to “understand” him or “mold” him, she just accepted him & she always stood up for him no matter what. She was a true friend. The only other female I saw do that for him was Paris!
DPYT: does dedicating “Remember The Time” to DR count? Is she part of the three? I hope so. This wasn’t a “romantic” tribute but, it shouldn’t have been. For me I would have wanted a romantic one but, I would want it to be done privately. 😉
My all time favorite MJ tribute though was “You Were There” to Sammy Davis, Jr.
Lisa, Debbie, Diana he loved them and they probably got songs but never had their names in them. (again Dirty Diana dont count LOL)
I thought Teddy just said that he/they wrote RTT about what Mike told him about Debbie. I dont have that album so I dont know if it is written on there as a dedication. I dont think so it would have opened a can of worms in ’92. (ugh it ruins my buzz thinking about it all)
Elton was dedicated BOTDF for helping him out in ’93.
…and yes that song to Sammy, phew. Those tears in SD Jrs eyes get me every time.

T.Riley alluded to that in an interview way back (he can’t keep a secret). The media wouldn’t have cared if he dedicated the whole album to her. If its in the liner notes for the album I wouldn’t know because I can’t read small print *smile*.

I have never heard it was about Diana. Always have heard TR said it was about Debbie. Thats why she is in the painting from that same era
There was a remix single that had different versions of RTT. I can’t remember if I had the vinyl or cassette of the remixes (which explains why I don’t know where it is!) It was either in the liner notes or on the label on the vinyl that said something like: “Dedicated with love to Diana Ross.” That’s how I found out. I have no idea what Teddy’s talking about!

Entertainment Tonight reported last evening that Dame Elizabeth is on a respirator…keep praying for her comfort.
Wow.. Poor Dame Elizabeth.. It does not sound too good…. And her birthday is coming up soon…. 🙁

It’s good news for Elizabeth Taylor!
A week after checking into an L.A. hospital for symptoms associated with congestive heart failure, the Hollywood icon is showing marked improvement, PEOPLE has learned.
“Since being admitted, there has been steady improvement in her condition, and over the weekend she has had visits from family and close friends,” says a statement from reps for the legendary actress, 78, who suffers from an ongoing heart condition. “Her medical team is gratified by her progress to date, and it is hoped and expected that this will continue over the next few days. For now, she will remain under their care in the hospital for continued monitoring.”
While Taylor is enjoying visits from those close to her, “she is sleeping and resting a lot, which she really needs to recover her strength,” the star’s rep Sally Morrison tells PEOPLE. “Due to symptoms of congestive heart failure, she is still being monitored and continues to need rest to recover her strength. She did not have a heart attack.”
Symptoms of congestive heart failure include difficulty breathing and fluid in the lungs.
Taylor, who underwent heart surgery in October 2009, appreciates support of her loyal fans. As the statement continues: “Friends and fans around the world should be reassured that Elizabeth Taylor is in good hands and receiving the best possible care from her skilled and dedicated doctors and nurses.”
Ok so I think MJ wrote Much Too Soon for Lisa…listening to the words and reflecting on that story bout how he proposed a surrogate (Debbie). Could just be me, but her name is not in it.
Nah girl, that song is a Diana song. It was written in the Thriller era.

The song was written by MJ around the time he did the “Thriller” album — and according to the iTunes description, “Michael always liked it but never found the right home for it.”
The song will be featured on the upcoming album “Michael,” which is scheduled for a December 14 release.
