Michael’s Birthday: Celebrate, Remember, and Honor him here.

We wanted to make sure everyone had a place to put their thoughts and feelings this week in honor of Michael’s birthday. Please feel free to leave a comment or watch the video of our guy doing what he does best.

As always our thoughts and prayers are with Prince, Paris, Blanket, Katherine, Joseph and all the family as they remember Michael.

What more can I say about Michael than is evident here on these pages? From the time I was a young girl I have danced to his music alone and with my friends from the 1970’s till now. Through ups, downs, good times and bad, his music has been a huge part of the soundtrack of my life. The bass line my heart beats to so to speak.

Michael, thank you for so much. All the joy of my youth and even now the friendships I have cultivated because of your transition to a new life. I can honestly say there will never be another soul on this planet quite like you…and I thank God for that. I promise to always defend your innocence, honor your children and do my best to protect our Mother Earth.

I hope all the energy of your Birthday wishes reaches you as you dance among the stars.

(Yes I will eat cake, ice cream and KFC on Sunday)

“The bass line my heart beats to….” I LOVE THAT!

DPYT, you are too kind! I give you 100 “thumbs up” for this.

Happy B-Day MJ! I love you still!

Also, Lord please bless the people of New Orleans, LA on that day. Thx!

I only have something very simple to say.

Michael, I still think about you every day.
The pain isn’t getting any easier to live with.
My tears still flow freely.
My heart still hurts when I think of the cold void you left behind.
I miss you more every day.

I love you so much, Michael.
Sleep with the Angels xx

Momma Kat says it was 7:33 in the evening….tonight I will lift up a glass to you my dear, just as the sun starts to melt into the ocean.

Sleep well sweet Prince…sleep well

Nephew Austin Brown writes: My Uncle was the most thoughtful person in my life and always managed to bring a little bit of magic into my childhood years.
Being Jehovah’s Witness, I never celebrated holidays. One Christmas, when I was 8 years old, my Uncle Michael made sure I came over the day after Christmas.
Walking into his house, he brought me over to the Christmas tree where I found 40 gifts with my name on them. I was filled with all the excitement a child could have seeing gift after gift with my name on it, but I asked him,
“Why did you do this?” he said, “to make up for all the Christmases you’ve missed.” After this, I felt like Christmas became my holiday. He always managed to make my life a little happier,
a little more exciting, and a little more special. You had a rare heart. Happy B-day, I miss you.
